‘Over 40 Music, Circus, and Audio-Visual Events for Lleida Cultural Summer’

Lleida recently announced the lineup for the “Summer Live” cycle, featuring a range of musical, circus, dance, yoga, and other activities from June 11th to September 4th at various venues in the city. The program includes events at iconic locations like the Seu Vella Moat, the Aquariums, La Panera, Horta de Lleida, and the Templar Castle in Gardeny.

The cycle kicks off with a concert titled “Magre intim” at Espai Orfeó, featuring Jaume Magre’s friends and collaborators along with jazz accompaniment by the Alfons Enjaunes Trio with Pau Lladó. Circus enthusiasts can look forward to shows by Du’K’to, Mumusic Circus, Eia, and Kolektiv Lapso Cirk on selected Wednesdays in July. Music lovers can enjoy the 17th Music Festival on June 15 in Plaça de la Paeria, a polyphonic choir concert at IEI Square, and the Ricard Viñes Piano Kids and Youth event from June 27 to 29. American jazz singer Carol Alston will also perform on July 18.

In addition, the lineup features three festivals: the 3rd Magnífic Fest of Lleida from June 14 to 17, the 18th Fem Banda Festival from June 29 to July 2, and the Art in the Horta Festival at the Hermitage of the Virgin of Grignana on July 27 and 28. The 26th International Center for Sound Painting will take place from July 8-13, and popular cultural events like the Canigo Torch arrival, the Sant Jaume Lantern Festival, Pilgrimage, and World Sardana Day will also be part of the program.
