Amman Marriott Hotel, is delighted to announce the appointment Konstantinos Sideris as the new Greek Chef de Cuisine.  Chef Costas Konstantinos Sideris is a skilled culinary professional and certified F&B Hygiene Auditor, recognized for his comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine and innovative approach to setting the stage for a customized dining experience. He has over 19 years of progressive experience managing fine and casual dining for luxury resorts, restaurants, and hotels including The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, developing menus and preparing culinary dishes influenced by culturally diverse regions from around the globe.   Chef Kostas will bring his fresh approach and the highest quality of ingredients to the menu of the hotel’s popular Greek Restaurant Paros.   

Chef Kostas says of his appointment; “I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey. I’m excited about the opportunity to meet the customers and make their dining experience truly enjoyable in the first authentic Greek restaurant in Amman, Paros Garden.”

In his new role, Chef Kostas will continue to provide guests with authentic Greek food experiences and to make them feel transported to the heart of Greece at Paros Garden, adding his own creative spin in the kitchen.
